No Employer shall  permit any person who is or appears to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs to enter or remain at a workplace.

 1               Employees shall not be under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs nor possess nor offer the above to other  persons.

 2               Employers cannot permit employees taking medication, to work if the side effects of the  medication constitutes a threat to the employee and or co-workers
